How We Work

1. Consult. Message us to talk through your track and vision — no commitment.
2. Choose a package. Pick the direction closest to your sound.
3. Fill the brief. Tell us about the track, scope, and creative direction in your portal.
4. Pay securely. A fixed price per package via PayPal. Your order is reserved as Awaiting payment until then.
5. We produce. Your order moves to In production.
6. Review the draft. When a draft is ready you'll be notified. Approve it, or request a revision with notes.
7. Download. On approval we post the final file — download it straight from your portal.

What do you need from me?

• Your audio (a link to the track — Google Drive, Dropbox, or private SoundCloud).
• Any extras: lyrics, logo, images, and text related to the song.
• A sense of the mood, references, and anything to avoid.

How long does it take?

• It depends on the package and queue. We agree a timeline from your brief's deadline before production starts.

How do I pay?

• Securely through PayPal at a fixed package price. No hidden fees.

How is the final delivered?

• As a private download link in your portal once you approve the final cut.

Revisions

• Each package includes a set number of free revision rounds (shown on the package).
• Request a revision from the draft in your portal with clear notes; we'll post an updated draft.
• Revisions beyond the included rounds, or changes to the agreed concept, may incur an additional fee quoted up front.

Refunds

• Before production begins, an order can be cancelled for a full refund.
• Once production has started, the deposit covering work completed is non-refundable.
• If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we'll make it right or refund the unworked balance.
